Act 1 - Beneath Death

Ninsianna returns inside her murdered coven, crosses the exposed Dead Sea basin, and pursues Lilitu to the former shoreline plateau. Lilitu’s death releases an older fragment of Inanna and changes what Ninsianna can do. Evidence at Qumran connects Lilitu, the massacre, and the ruling order.
