Act 1 - Beneath Death

Ninsianna returns inside her murdered coven, crosses the exposed Dead Sea basin, and pursues Lilitu to the former shoreline plateau. Along the way, she meets Tubal-Cain, who takes an interest in her and decides to loosely tag along and offer help where she can. Perhaps we also get a falcon. Lilitu’s death releases an older fragment of Inanna and changes what Ninsianna can do. Evidence at Qumran connects Lilitu, the massacre, and the ruling order.
