Factions and covens

Covens are geographically and ideologically distinct. They are not interchangeable checkpoint communities. Each has adapted to a different material ruin and a different relationship with YHWH’s surviving order.

The Good Samaritan coven depends on the Wadi Qelt station for water and remains unusually obedient to YHWH. Ninsi knowingly destroys the station anyway. Their hatred and eventual death should feel wasteful, preventable only through their willingness to stand beside her, and genuinely tragic.

Further covens should be specified through area design: material dependency, governing symbol, attitude toward violence, relationship to Ninsi, and role in travel or recoming.
