Ninsi returns inside her murdered coven, crosses the exposed Dead Sea basin, and pursues Lilitu to the old shoreline plateau. Killing Lilitu releases an Inanna fragment. The Qumran caves then connect the false demon, massacre, voice in death, and ruling order.
